Bevy Cocktail Catering is a valued partner with Temecula Weddings & Events. Couples may reserve a hosted, cash, or combo package with beer, wine, sparkling wine and well drinks. Host your engagement party, bridal shower and/or rehearsal dinner at the Bordeaux Room in Temecula. Our private facility accommodates up to 75 guests and there is no rental fee with purchase of a dining package. Visit our Bordeaux Room page for further information.
Served at your reception during Cocktail Hour by our uniformed staff. Spinach Artichoke Crostini, Shrimp Cocktail Shots, Italian Bruschetta and Antipasto Skewers.
Classic Caesar Salad and our signature Vineyard Salad that has mixed greens, candied pecans, sliced almonds, dried cranberries and feta cheese tossed in our house made raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
New York strip roast served at our gourmet carving station with a Cabernet Reduction and horseradish on the side.
Buffet stations are customized with one (1) or two (2) entree options. Guests may have a serving of each item if two (2) entrees are selected. This is our Gourmet Rolled Chicken that is breaded with Italian breadcrumbs, stuffed with imported cheeses and garlic, served with a Madeira cream sauce. **This is a client favorite!
We offer a variety of starch and hot vegetable options. Shown above is our au gratin potatoes and Manhattan vegetables. Our buffets also include fresh rolls and butter.
Our buffet stations are dressed with linen and overlays in color theme of the wedding and include props such as greenery, flameless candles and gold accents.
Our buffet packages may include preset table service. Preset service includes silverware and optional upgrades such as plate chargers, water and/or champagne service is added, glassware will be preset on each table. Water service includes pitchers of ice water that is monitored and refilled during your event.

Our buffet packages may include preset table service. Preset service includes white or ivory table linen, linen napkins, silverware and plate chargers (if added as an upgrade). If water and/or champagne service is added, glassware will be preset on each table. Water service includes pitchers of ice water that is monitored and refilled during your event.

What is a tasting?
A tasting is an opportunity for you to meet with our Director of Catering Services and discuss the details of your event. The food sampling is to give you an opportunity to explore the quality and style of cuisine that we prepare. Although we make an effort to serve items that may be served at your event, some items may not be available.
How long will the tasting last?
Tastings last approximately one hour.
How many people may attend?
Up to four (4) people may attend the tasting complimentary. The tasting menu will consist of an appetizer assortment, one salad, two entrees, potato and vegetable. To reserve a tasting, its $25 per person and if you book your event with us, the amount paid is applied to your contract. Payment must be received within 48 hours prior to the scheduled tasting.
Do I have to make all my decisions at the tasting?
No. Final selections do not have to be made until 14 days prior to the event. If you are ready to make your selections at the tasting we would be more than happy to take care of all your final details during that time
What should I bring?
It is a good idea to bring color swatches of the colors you would like to use for your event. This will assist in matching the color with the displays and props we offer.
