Our facility rental fee is waived with purchase of a dining package. If a dining package is not purchased, the rental fee is $125 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum.
We offer bar and beverage services at our facility. Bar packages include hosted or cash bar options. If you prefer non-alcoholic options, we offer a deluxe beverage package that includes water, lemonade, iced tea and coffee. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted.
Our catering division can accommodate a buffet or plated meal for your event. The Bordeaux Room houses our commercial kitchen for on-site and off-site catering services. Our staff can assist you with designing an delicious menu which reflects your own tastes and preferences, while staying within your desired budget. Dining packages include linen napkins, preset silverware, water service at each guest table and uniformed wait staff. Outside food is not permitted with the exception of cake/dessert items from a bakery establishment that holds a permit with the Health Department.
Reservation of our facility includes set up of our in house tables, chairs, linen, water service and audio/visual equipment. Our audio visual components include: (2) projectors with (2) 120" screens, surround sound audio and PA system with a wireless microphone.
